Ablažinskis

The origin is not entirely clear, but perhaps the root ablaž - the initial vowel a of the word is added (cf. Lit. atkõčius - from Russian ткачь „audėjas“). Then we could associate the reconstructed root with lit. surn. Blãžas, Blažỹs, Blãžius, Blõžė, Bložỹs, Blõžius, etc. - see below Blažỹs.
