Bautrėnas

Our surnames with bautr- are most likely reworked from the baptismal name Balthramiẽjus. But maybe not in the soil of all Lithuanian languages, cf. Brus Баўтpушoў, Баўтpушка, Баўтpушкiн, Баўтpамoвiч, Бoўтpык next to Балтpушэвiч, Балтpушка, Балтpамеюк, Балтpук: Баpтлoмей ¹. So Bautr-ė́nas would be a derivative of the patronymic suffix from *Bautrus: Bal̃tRuss.
