Gaidjurgis

A compound surname, the second part of which is from the baptismal name Jùrgis. The first sandas can be from Lit. the surname Gaidỹs (see) or the like, or perhaps directly from gaidỹs. See also V. Maciejauskienė, 1973, p. 179.
