Kiūpelis

Cf. Kiùpis (see). The origin is unclear. On the one hand, it would be possible to link with Lieut. (in Germanism?) kiùpelis „apsileidėlis“ (LKŽ V 918), from the second - surnames can be borrowed, cf. German Kuppel, Kuppe ¹.
