Cf. Klei̇̃šmontas, Kleishman (see). Theoretically, especially due to the variation of the second word mant-: man-, it could be a composite Baltic surname (for man-, mant- see Úmantas). But it can also be a loan, a Germanism, where mant- is from man- according to other Lithuanian personal names with the second case mant-.
