Cf. Nastỹs, Nostis (see). Perhaps nicknames, derived from lit. to carry „gydyti“, cf. pregnancy „nenaudėlė, pliuškė, tinginė“ (LKŽ VIII 872). But we cannot ignore the possible origin from a longer name - Anastãsijus (see Nastỹs) or something like thimm.
