Etymology
Cf. lit. Radman (see). The origin is unclear. Theoretically, there can be compound surnames *Rad(i)-man-. That the compound personal pronoun with *Rad(i)man- is possible would also show lit. Radiminas ¹. For rad- see below Radvi̇̀las, for me- - Mañginas. However, one cannot ignore the fact that our surnames Radi̇̀mon, Radmanas may come from the German. Rademann, Radmann ² or similar.
