Skrudupis

Perhaps it is a double-stemmed surn., the first stem of which is krud-, for which see Roast and cf. lit. _skrudė_̃ „skruzdė“ (LKŽ XII 1098). The second stem up- is connected with lit. the river Cf. also lit. skrùdupė „skruzdė“ ¹.
