Etymology
Cf. Tùčas (see). The origin is not entirely clear. Perhaps to be connected with lit. tûtiti „smarkiai ką daryti ¹“ (DLKŽ). But cf. Russian Tуча ², Tучин, Tучинский (CAМC IV 440), Ukr. Tучик ³ and so on.
