Šikas

The origin is not entirely clear. Perhaps shik- is connected with lit. ṧ̀kti „atlikti gamtos reikalą, tuštintis, laukinėtis, reikalautis“ (LKŽK). See also Z. Zinkevičius, 1977, p. 205. But cf.
